Since the inception of The Ranch Winery, we have been committed to providing our clients with the very best equipment available. We take pride in offering the latest technology, and most cutting-edge equipment, and to combining them in a single, campus like setting with all the amenities and comforts you need to do your best work.

P&L Specialties:
Known for the performance of their machinery and because they ate  the industry leader in sorting equipment, P&L Specialties was selected to supply their grape reception and sorting equipment to The Ranch Winery.

The Ranch Winery has two different reception lines to suit your specialized requirements:

The Fully Automated Line allows clients to process grapes at 4-8 tons per hour while providing M.O.G. separation after the destemmer.
The system consists of the following pieces of equipment:

• Portable Cleated Incline Belt Conveyor w/ ½ ton dosing hopper
• Le Trieur ™  2+2 M.O.G Separator
• Portable Crusher Rollers
• CME Peristaltic Pump

The Manual Line allows clients to process at 1-3 tons per hour and features whole cluster sorting, while still allowing complete M.O.G. separation.
It consists of the following pieces of equipment:

• Incline Sorting Table w/ ½ ton dosing hopper
• Le Trieur ™ M.O.G Separator
• Post Destemmer Sorting Table
• Portable Crusher Rollers
• CME Peristaltic Pump
