Crush
The Ranch Winery is a full winemaking facility, with the capability to handle everything from crush to bottle. We have the staff, equipment, and facilities to help you produce the fine wine you want, without needing the resources to build your own winery. The Ranch Winery offers everything you need, so you can focus on making fine wine.
Winemaking
Our Fermentation and Winemaking Services include crush, press, two pump-overs per day, fermentation, and 14 days in tank and storage until the end of November. You can work with our staff winemaker and two assistant winemakers to ensure that everything goes the way you want.
Storage
From crush to bottle, The Ranch Winery has everything you need. Our Barrel and Bulk Storage can handle lots as small as 10 barrels to as large as 20,000 barrels. Our tanks come in 25,000 to 100,000-gallon sizes.
Bottling
From crush to bottle, The Ranch Winery has everything you need. Our full-service bottling line can run at over 100 bottles per minute. Our Bottling Line Manager can help you run 750ml, 375ml or 1.5l magnum bottles through our MBF™ bottling line.
Wine Studios
The Ranch Winery allows you to create a full-functioning winery, without the property or people. You can lease a 2100 square-foot area, and fill it with your own tanks, equipment, and grapes. All you need is a bonded winery O2 license Ñ no other permits necessary.
