Our Fermentation and Winemaking Services include crush, press, two pump-overs per day, fermentation, and 14 days in tank and storage until the end of November. You can work with our staff winemaker and two assistant winemakers to ensure that everything goes the way you want.

Everything starts at our new P&L stainless sorting tables, where we work with you to hand-sort (pre and post) the grapes for your crush. Our new Bucher-Vaslin presses, Delta E2 destemmers, Parastalic pumps and Positive displacement pumps that provide you the best juice your grapes have to offer. Our tanks offer hot and cold glycol quick connects, so you can keep your fermentation process at the perfect temperature throughout. We provide the best equipment so you can focus on making your best wines.
